Hi, I'm
Harrison Linder,
County Supervisor Candidate for District 1

I’m running for Sacramento County Supervisor because our community deserves a government that works for people, not just for wealthy donors and special interests. In my career—first on Capitol Hill and now as an affordable senior housing advocate—I’ve seen firsthand how broken our systems are. We’re in the middle of an affordability crisis, and only a fraction of those in need of social safety net benefits like affordable housing ever get it. That’s unacceptable.

The Board of Supervisors oversees a $9 billion budget, yet most residents don’t even know who their Supervisor is—because the board operates in the shadows. I want to change that by making the county more transparent, holding regular town halls, and ensuring residents truly have a seat at the table.

I’ll be laser-focused on affordability, fighting for innovative housing solutions like home-sharing programs, better public transit and bike safety, and a prevention first homelessness response system. Most importantly, I’ll treat you like an adult— speaking to you honestly, and with respect. It’s about time Sacramento had a Supervisor who puts everyday people first. If you believe in our fight, please
